Important - Please Read

Prelicense students must achieve a score of 75% or more on the final exam in order to become certified as having completed the course. Upon completion of a course and passing your School final exam, the School will convey the student record of completion online to the testing service no later than the day following the School examination. Students will be able to schedule a state examination within 48 hours after the online certification.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission allows one retake exam for any student who does not pass the first final exam. Retake exams are administered at the Atlanta location (5775 Glenridge Drive, Building D, Second Floor, Classroom A, Atlanta, GA 30328) on Tuesdays from 11:00am to 3:00pm. No late arrivals. Directions can be found here. To schedule a retake exam, email academy.retake@metrobrokers.com. 48 hour advance registration is required. Be sure to include your first and last name along with the date you will be attending. Any student who does not pass the course final exam after taking it twice may repeat the 75-hour Salesperson's Pre-license course at a cost of $220 (in-class format only). To re-register for the 75-hour course, please contact the school administration at 404.836.4040.

Private tutoring is available independently of Metro Brokers Real Estate Academy. Sessions are $35/hr for individuals and $50/hr for groups up to 5 students. Please contact Alison Trevor Childs at 404.836.4040 for more information.
